Do guests need to download an app?＋
No. Every ticket works in a mobile browser, can be printed, and on eligible plans can be added to Apple or Google Wallet.
Can one employee receive a ticket for a guest?＋
Yes. Prepare 2–10 separately scannable admissions for one primary guest. Companion tickets can share the primary person’s email, phone, or employee-portal link.
Can we import our existing employee or member list?＋
Yes. Upload CSV or XLSX, paste rows, or reuse an organization roster. A tickets or party-size column can automatically create +1s.
Can we use our employee portal?＋
Yes. Import an employee key and generate secure dynamic links so each signed-in employee can retrieve every ticket in their party.
Can we sell tickets?＋
Yes. Public sales are optional and independently switchable. Organizers connect a Stripe payout account, create prices and quantities, and can pause sales without affecting private-event billing.
When do organizers pay?＋
Create and edit the event, guest list, imports, and ticket design first. An event plan is required when you publish, deliver, expose, or scan tickets.
