Ask for only the attendee information needed to issue admission and operate the event.
Event security is more than a QR code. It is knowing who can see the list, who can admit a guest, and what happens to attendee information afterward.
Ask for only the attendee information needed to issue admission and operate the event.
Keep private events out of public discovery and restrict event operations to authorized staff.
Use unpredictable ticket credentials and server-side validation instead of guessable ticket numbers.
Preserve a useful history of issuance, revocation, replacement, and check-in activity.
Scanning should validate a secure token, update ticket state atomically, and return a clear result. The visible ticket number is never enough to gain admission.
We will not claim audits or certifications before they exist. Early-access customers will receive clear documentation on hosting, encryption, backups, retention, incident response, and subprocessors before they place attendee data in the service.
