Who this is for
Organizers purchasing PET plans and buyers purchasing event tickets.
Organizer event plans
PET plans are one-time software purchases assigned to a specific event. You may request a full refund within seven days after the original plan purchase only if the event has not used paid features, including sending or claiming a ticket, generating a Wallet pass for a live ticket, opening public ticket sales, or recording a check-in. Duplicate charges and charges caused by a verified PET billing error will be corrected. Plan upgrades charge the price difference; an upgrade refund cannot reduce the event below features or capacity already used.
After service use
Except where law requires otherwise, organizer-plan charges are nonrefundable once paid features have been used or seven days have passed. Canceling, postponing, or experiencing low attendance at an event does not automatically entitle the organizer to a PET plan refund because the software service and capacity were made available. We may issue credits or refunds in our discretion for prolonged PET outages or exceptional circumstances; doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again.
Tickets sold by organizers
The organizer is the ticket seller and sets the event-specific refund policy. Buyers should review the event listing and organizer communications before purchase. Until an organizer-specific policy is displayed, the default is: ticket purchases are final except when the organizer cancels the event, does not provide the purchased admission, or applicable law requires a refund. A change of mind, scheduling conflict, travel issue, weather condition that does not cancel the event, or failure to attend is not automatically refundable.
Cancellations, postponements, and material changes
If an organizer cancels an event, it must promptly notify buyers and issue required refunds. If an event is postponed or materially changes date, venue, or promised experience, the organizer must clearly communicate the change and provide any refund option required by its policy or law. PET may assist with notices and full remaining order refunds, but the organizer remains responsible for sufficient connected-account funds, fees, taxes, chargebacks, and compliance.
How refunds work
Refund requests should first be sent to the organizer using the event or ticket contact information. Organizers may process eligible orders through PET. PET may also correct duplicate transactions, comply with law, or act where the organizer has authorized us. A full ticket-order refund revokes the related admission credentials. Refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment networks control posting times, which commonly take several business days and can take longer.
Fees, disputes, and abuse
Processing fees and PET platform fees are refunded only when the checkout flow and payment provider permit it or law requires it. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may cause the associated tickets to be suspended or revoked while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent refund requests, use of a ticket after refund, or intentional duplicate disputes may result in account restrictions and recovery of costs.
